Notes:
The map was commissioed by the venetian council of ten, as mural decorations of the college. G.D. Zorzi painted it in 1535. The painted map was distroyed. It was printed anonymously in 1538 by Matteo Pagano. The rich toponyny of the map reveals that G.D.Zorzi had access to information gathered by the Venetian administration.
