Ιστορικό Σημείωμα: Το έμβλημα του Βασιλείου της Γαλλίας, ο εστεμμένος θυρεός με τα εραλδικά κρινάνθεμα (τρία από το 1376), στην πρόσοψη του καταλύματος της Γαλλίας. Ενδεχομένως τέθηκε προς τιμήν του Καρόλου Η' (1483-1498), καθώς φέρει τη χρονολογία 1495.
Historical Notice: Τhe well-known crest of the Kingdom of France, bearing the fleurs-de-lis (three since 1376), is on the wall of the Inn of the Tongue of France. Its presence possibly honours Charles VIII ( 1483-1498), since it is dated 1495.
