Το πρόγραμμα αποσκοπεί στη δημιουργία ενός Αρχείου για τους Έλληνες Ζωγράφους μετά την Άλωση (1450-1830), που περιλαμβάνει τα βιογραφικά τους στοιχεία και πλήρη κατάλογο των έργων τους, φορητών εικόνων και τοιχογραφιών, των οποίων δεν έχει γίνει καμία συστηματική καταγραφή στην Ελλάδα.

Research Title:
The programme aims to build up an archive of Greek painters after the fall of Constantinople (1450-1830), with biographical details and an index of their works, whether portable icons or church frescoes. A systematic record of artists and their paintings for this period has not been attempted in Greece before.
