Ιστορικό Σημείωμα: Λομβαρδική οικογένεια από τη Βερόνα της Ιταλίας που ηγεμόνευσε για δύο σχεδόν αιώνες στο Δουκάτο του Αιγαίου (1383-1566). Το συγκεκριμένο οικόσημο συνοδεύεται από εκείνο της οικογένειας Sommaripa. Υπενθυμίζεται ότι ο δούκας Ιάκωβος Δ΄ Κρίσπος είχε νυμφευθεί την Καντιάνα-Σεσίλια Σομμαρίπα.
Identification of the bearer: Jacopo IV Crispo, duke of the Archipelago (1564-1566)
Historical Notice: Lombardian family from Verona of Italy, who ruled for almost two centuries the Duchy of Archipelago (1383-1437). This particular coat-of-arms is to be found next to that of the Sommaripa family. To be reminded that the duke Jacopo IV Crispo was married to Cantiana-Cecilia Sommaripa.
