Σημειώσεις:
Tο χρυσόβουλλο είναι πλαστό, βασισμένο πιθανώς σε στοιχεία από γνήσια έγγραφα, καθώς η αναγραφόμενη ινδικτιώνα δε συμφωνεί με το έτος, ενώ η εμφάνισή του διαφέρει πολύ από τα γνήσια χρυσόβουλλα του Aνδρόνικου Γ΄.
Ίσως η κατασκευή του εγγράφου σχετίζεται με την απαίτηση “κανονικού και μνημοσύνου” από τον επίσκοπο Kω.
